Terms And Conditions

All prices or rates displayed on our website are negotiable and can be confirmed i.e, all stays at hotels, guest houses, all tents or lodges, sightseeing as per the itinerary, all meals, park entrance fees and guide/ranger fees, applicable airport transfers, all other road transportation, English driver and guide with bottled mineral water throughout the safari. In most cases all clients who book with do so for the love of viewing the wild animals in their natural states of living and with expertise, we may not guarantee a client to view the species in the different form from the rest of the clients. For one must always take clear cautions for the tour operator or safari guide for an enjoyable trip.

Many areas in Uganda are easily accessible, yet chimpanzee and gorilla permits are the only certified paperwork that grant you admission.

The number of clients, their preferences, and the amount of time one desires to spend on the safari may all influence the method of transportation that should be chosen for that specific safari itinerary. Regardless of how much many people love to travel by car, there will be no guarantee that you will not have a breakdown, a puncture, or any other malfunction-related delay.

An English-speaking driver guide is required for each Safari booked with us and is included in the price. We presume he is the final decision maker on the route to follow in order to maintain safety and assure tour clients that these expert guides are the only ones allowed to drive our corporate automobiles.

As the company’s management, we reserve the right to terminate or cancel any client’s participation in a trip if another party, company property, or the environment is endangered. As management, we maintain complete legal authority to refuse any refunds to clients. We, Amakula African Safaris ltd, will not be responsible for any costs incurred as a result of our termination of our program with you.

Terms of Payments

On humanitarian grounds, we at Amakula African Safaris ltd believe that everyone is financially challenged, and as you prepare to book with us, we humbly remind you that we only require a deposit of the full amount of gorilla permits (USD 700 per permit), chimp permits (USD 200), and all air tickets for each person in the group invited.

We require the whole money from the client as the firm to be paid 6 days prior to the departure date. We, as the firm, have full authority to cancel the trip if the money is not paid, and we will not be held liable for any pricing differences or over-rated bookings that occur between the booking time and the deposit being received.

With us all rights reserved, payments can be done to the bank in Uganda or if ONLY we decide you otherwise. All money transfers are to be issued by the clients either by the credit or debit cards soon to be possible via our website.

NOTE: Note that
Payments can be paid through a bank transfer to the company’s Ugandan bank account. The client is responsible for any transfer charges (s). Payments can now be made with a credit or debit card on our website. Please note that the client is responsible for a 4% charge on card payments in addition to the safari cost.
